The Meaning of ओ३म्
ओ३म् (A + U + M) is the highest and all-pervading name of the Supreme. These three sounds symbolise creation, preservation and dissolution — and the three states of waking, dreaming and deep sleep. Every study, every yajna, every prayer begins with this sacred sound.
